The Government Defence Integrity Index (GDI) assesses the quality of institutional controls to manage the risk of corruption in defence and security institutions. Our team of experts draws together evidence from a wide variety of sources and interviewees across 77 areas, with the goal of producing a detailed assessment of the integrity of national defence institutions. The GDI sets the standard for TI-DS’ evidence-based advocacy, and is the world’s leading assessment of corruption risks in defence establishments. All data was published between October 2019 and November 2021.
